After the I-130 is approved, how long does it take for my spouse to receive a visa so that they can come live with me in the US? My spouse is from the Netherlands.

In today's political environment, you would be lucky if it takes less that a year without applying for emergency interview.

I wouldn’t say so, since spousal visas are now considered as “mission critical”.

Mission Critical visas are just not affected by the last proclamations in June this is it, it won't change anything in terms of processing times.

 

NVC stage is around 2 to 3 months in general.

 

Then, depending on where you have your interview, the waiting time to get your appointment date can differ significantly.

Consulate has to be processing in order for the NVC to ship the case.
