@moneeb Iqbal Can you please update your timeline?

For me, i received a letter from texas service center after filing my i130. I assumed my case was in texas service center because the letter was from there. Even though i filed through mail, I got an IOE number (this is for people asking about first 3 digits of receipt number). I called them after 4 months just to get an update, and the rep told me my case was in california. California doesn't even process i130 for citizens applying for spouse. When I asked them what the normal processing time is, they said i can inquire after 6 months. 6 months is the general time they use when processing times are not available.

So in Moneeb's case, if the time is correct (19 months) then that is the time he has to wait until he can inquire. I suspect it's probably not the case, he can likely raise a concern after 6 months since an argument can be made that waiting 19 months is inaccurate.

I've seen this type of post in multiple threads. This is a hit or miss. AP can sometimes take a long time  or it can be pretty short.

Women generally dont have too many problems with AP.  I personally dont see any value in making someone feel bad by bringing up AP early in their process. In addition, i dont see any indication here in this thread that Moneeb is going to go through the Islamabad embassy.

I used to work at Dubai airport terminal 3 there I met with alot of people from dozens of countries they all talked about AP specially Asian and Muslim countries but AP is like a background check which is good they can check anything whatever they want nd they can take long as much they want

Yes, and for various reasons AP is often extended for Pakistani nationals, regardless of which embassy they are interviewing at.  The primary reason is that Pakistan's poor criminal record-keeping is not up to US standards.
