Finally booked my interview for August 14th at the London Embassy. Im getting a P3 visa.

curious as to wether ill encounter problems, as my place of birth is wrong. I put my current town i live in in the UK rather than my birth town, thats in the UK.

My passport and birth certificate will proof this as a minor error. You think i'll encounter any problems at my interview.

Thanks

Just be upfront at the interview and let them know you made an error. This sort of stuff is not uncommon as you can't correct it after submission.

You can also carry the confirmation page of a corrected ds-160 with you just in case...once the interview starts tell them about the small error.

Hey @treble,

Just out of interest, when you submitted your ds-160 were you just able to choose a date? We’re due to submit ours shortly (for O1) but I was still under the understanding that the embassy weren’t offering non immigrant visa services at the moment? I’m trying not to get my hopes up that they are!

Good luck with your visa and travels :)

Thanks,

A
