EAD Renewal Question

Hi all!

 

First time poster here. I have a question on renewing my EAD. 

 

For context, here is some info our case:

 

My wife (American) and I (Irish) got married in March 2019, in Manhattan, NY.

We filed for AOS and EAD in April 2019, in Brooklyn, NY.

I did my biometrics appointment in May 2019. 

We were ‘ready to be scheduled for an interview’ in August 2019.

I received my EAD card in November 2019. There have been no updates on our case since then.

 

My EAD expires in October this year. I’m filling in the renewal form (i-765) now. My question is about ‘Eligibility Category’ (27. Page 3 of 7).

It says to refer to the ‘Who May File Form I-765’ section of the instructions, but I find it confusing and I’m not sure which category I fall under.

I’m wondering if anyone knows what my eligibility category is and if there’s supporting paperwork I need to give with the I-765? I would like to apply for AP again also.
