hello everyone

I was petitioned by father (F2A)

As of March 22nd i received my expedite interview appointment at US embassy Khartoum,  it was due to be held at april 01 but US embassies and consulates closed and the interview was cancelled , the expedite was about aging out,  as the update on the travel.state.gov that they can resume some of visa and aging out is exception as stated  , i contacted the embassy many time but no answer and am scared to age out and wait many more years

you contacted them by phone and/or email?

If you have only tried calling I would try emailing them here instead.

KhartoumIV@state.gov

At the moment the US consulate in my country is open for Us citizens and is also processing interviews for Expedite/Emergency only, They have a link where you can make an inquiry and they get back to you fairly quick. All embassies are different though, if you've already tried both calling and emailing the embassy I would instead try calling/emailing NVC or even USCIS and ask them to guide you. They will probably be able to advice you on what to do or what email to contact. You probably already know what Ive just said so Im sorry I cant be of more help to you. Good luck, I hope you find someone that can be of more help than I was or that you can reach someone that can help you.

Thank you very much , but our consulate here doesn't have a phone number just an email as you stated ، i did try to email them many times but no further response

Aging out shouldn't be an issue here. The age that will matter is age at time of the Priority Date becoming current, so long as you sought to acquire the visa within 1 year (which you have already done). CSPA would protect you.

The main issue right now is that F2 preference category visas are banned worldwide by the Executive Order (EO).

The exception for aging out doesn't apply here. That's only to get a visa interview...the actual ban applies to both F2A and F2B anyway. They could not issue the visa even if they resumed normal processing today and looked at your immediately.

Once you go through the whitehouse link the other member provided Also have a read of this one, It actually mentions children that are about to age out. I Quote straight from the Travel state page "In addition, cases involving a child applicant who may age out may be considered for a national interest exception.  Please refer to the proclamation for a full list of exceptions."

Hmm...yeah, national interest is always a possibility. Just be aware it's on a case by case basis...there is no blanket eligibility.
