Apparently there are direct flights to the US (Belgrade-NY) with Air Serbia. Only the flights in June are 100% confirmed for now:

My embassy also told me specifically that K1s are not included in the proclamation Trump signed on 4/22. The only thing affecting the approval of K1s are the embassies being closed and any travel bans

I'm from Germany, waiting for my K1 visa interview but I haven't seen my fiancé in 9 month. I really consider staying quarantined in Serbia for at least 14 days. We need to charge our batteries.

Why?  H1b are working visas which is what is at the center of the ban
