AOS Rejected

Can anyone help me figure out what i did wrong? AOS from a K1 Visa.....

 

the first picture is what i sent with my packet and the second is the letter i received back from USCIS

Did you provided the approval notice of your I-129f petition? That's the first thing that I can think of

Easy to make this mistake. I also checked 2a and then didn’t read other options. Got rejected. Fixed it and re-submitted. It has gotten accepted now. Hopefully no other issues
