Hi everyone, my fiance and I have an NOA date december 20th 2019, and we havent received our NOA2. That would be 142 days now. From what I've read on visajourney the most common wait is 100 - 120 days.

Anybody else with NOA1 in december experiencing delays?

A lot of people, including myself. Per Igors list, less than 50% have received noa2.

We are December 20th and nothing yet. Meanwhile January and February fillers are getting approved. I don’t know how it works but I guess we got someone slow to review the petitions.

I am using a case tracker. There are a total of 101 I129F applications that were received on Dec 19th. There are 26 remaining that have not received a decision.

47 have received approval

20 have received RFE

7 Were rejected

1 petition was withdrawn.
