Uploading evidence

Hello,

   I am just about to submit the I-130 visa application for cr1 for my husband. I realized that there was no tab for evidence like pictures of my husband and I together, chats or call logs and flight info. Did I miss it? But I also heard that you don’t upload this until you get to Nvc stage. So confused

Yes there is, I uploaded it in the evidence section and see it in my account and everyone else has done the same.

I think the section is called proof of bona fide marriage. They don't necessarily say "photos" but that's the section where you put those.

After the K1 denial and your marriage now, you  should go in to your profile and change the information

and as you have seen,  it helps to have considerable face time with him to help your CR1 case

Like someone mentioned before, it's under the "bona fide marriage" tab. You definitely want to front load at USCIS stage. At NVC stage you can upload on the "other" tab.
