Hello,

From reading your question, and your follow up questions to other member’s replys to your original question; I strongly believe that the most honest and helpful reply anyone can give you at this point and time is that you should hire an immigration lawyer.

From my personal experience, in addition to following other members cases and experiences; I can promise you that there is no room for the tiniest mistakes; and the delays that you will encounter as a result of those mistakes will lead to more financial losses that will easily outweigh the fees of the immigration lawyer. I lost more than three months for not scanning a totally empty back page of one of the documents. Others lost more than three months for scanning a photo sideways. And we all never felt lost at any step, but knew exactly what to do, and yet we screwed up where it was least expected.

while a lot of us have filed, followed-up and saw through our cases till the very end by our selves, I can tell you for sure that it’s not for everybody to do on their own; some should get help!

However, if you still insist on taking the risk and do it on your own despite the state of confusion that you are currently facing; you are at the right place as the visa journey community will provide you with the best information out there to pursue your dream.

I genuinely wish you and everybody here all the best of luck on this journey!
