The only valid claim was that it would be a logistical challenge for election officials to convert their systems to mail.  

 

The author found no fault with the wa,or, ca system.

 

All the judge said was, according to Texas law, if you have a reasonable fear for your health, you are entitled to an absentee ballot. It seems reasonable.

So the claims of either LPRs or illegal aliens being on the voter rolls was not relevant?
