Hello All, for couple of days i have been going crazy trying to figure out how to get this paper work together after Notice of Rejection.

My question is For  k1 and k2 AOS can i use one set of i 864 affidavit for both petitions or 1 for k1 and 1 for k2? Did anyone notice the change in EAD form? the dates are seems to be confusing.

Thanks and Lets All Stay Safe.

Others may know better, but I think each I485 requires its own I864, but it may be the same form for both.  As to the I765, the latest form online shows an OMB date of May 31, 2020.

Good Luck!

If both AOS are sent at the same time, you only need one Affidavit. You're gonna include the k2 name in there and make sure you add it to the household size.

Pretty much all forms were updated on Feb 24, so if you download any form before that, you're using an old version. Don't forget the new I-944.
