Got this message on my nvc portal but couldn't opened it.. I don't know what message nvc is trying to pass across to us... I complete my Ds260 months back and uploaded  other documents but we haven't upload our i864 and tax return transcripts due to the hold up from irs to send the transcript to us... Anybody seen this kinda thing before should help

You can try using Chrome browser instead of your current one. At least that was what I used to open messages on my portal whenever they sent me one. Just click on the message and wait for few seconds/up to a minute, the full message will come up. Patience is all you need as it doesn't pop up immediately. 

Also, you could have submitted 2018 tax Transcript instead of waiting for the current one

log in and wait for about 2 minutes to try to open it.
