How long for biometrics to update on your case?

Hi all,

How long should it take for the case to be updated with "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" ??

My daughter had to go back for a second bio appointment after we received a letter stating the FBI could not read her fingerprint card (a little strange as they her prints for the L2, CBP and the print are on the EAD).

The second bio appointment was on the 21st Feb 2020 and still nothing.

All the other linked cased only took 10 days max to update.

So do I just call and ask or are you saying they may just attached and no one will know, the case will just get sent off to the field office?

It will be processed but the update may not show.

I called USCIS on Friday, with my daughter on the call, to confirm they could speak with me. USCIS informed that they can not see any updates to her 2nd bio appointment, even after 5 weeks. No advice at all from the 1st tier agent. Just she was not sure.
