Dates on VJ are based upon actual dates as posted by others that are in the process and keep their timelines up to date.   USCIS dates  ... well  ... its the government.  ;)

Got time to kill waiting?  Pop over to the Philippines forum and say HI    https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

Q1 - Month and Date the California Service Center is processing. Can't give you a date as that information is never revealed but I can say they are working on November before virus.

Q2 - k1 processing time for the California Service Center Date that Visa Journey post is correct. Not all VJ members keep their timelines up to date. Those that do add to the timing and is somewhat of a gauge. Keep in mind that member from all over the world are applying and each come from different backgrounds and country's and therefore it won't necessary be true 100% true for your timeline.

Q3 - whats the difference between the Visa Journey processing date and the USCIS processing date. VJ p-date is what other members of VJ are experiencing. USCIS dates are a guesstimate and are listed further out then the actual are. It's done so that you don't get antsy.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

In addition to what others said, USCIS does not process petitions strictly in order by date (this would actually be bad, as simpler cases would get held up behind more complex ones). On any given day, it's often the case that petitions with received dates more than a month apart are approved, and that's even ignoring RFEs.
