I-134 Employment Question

I will be starting work for an employer in September of this year (after I finish law school and take the bar in July).  I worked for them last summer as well.  They provided me an employment verification letter stating my salary and when I will start, which I will include with form I-134.  For employment information, should I say I am currently employed?  And for current employer's address, should I put their address down as well?  And for annual income, should I put my starting salary with them, or how much I was paid by them last summer?

Thanks for any help!

Are you, i guess not, shouldn’t lie.

Remember the word “current”. That one is your past and future employer, not current.

If you have no current income, you don’t have current annual salary.

When will you need the I 134 for, if after you start work then all should be OK.

I thought my tax returns from 2019 showing income above 150% of the poverty level is sufficient and therefore I don't need a sponsor?  I made $37,000 last year, so I am assuming that would be fine?

You have not answered when this will be required, sounds currently your income is zero.

Unfortunately it will likely be before or right as I start

Delay? Get a Joint Sponsor?

Current employment and income is what matters. Past income/tax returns is to see one’s financial health check and to see if following the irs law.

You are in the last phase of becoming a lawyer, i believe you know by this time that if your employment starts on Sep 5 and you signed the i134 on Sep 4 or earlier with the “current employment and income you mentioned”, that i134 is not legally admissible in any court. Lets say same thing will happen during the interview.
