Timeline

Pls house all my documents has been accepted by the Department of state since October 2019 and still yet i haven't get any mail or notification from NVC.

When you say Department of State are you meaning NVC like your AOS and DS-260? What category visa?

yes, DS-260, and all my documents and my petitioner documents are completed, still saying at NCV

if you've been dq'd for that long, you most definitely should be calling them!

I've never called, but I've seen other people wrote on here that they've had to call 30+ times before they can get through to be put on hold for an hour, unfortunately.

It wouldn't hurt to email also. But I'd definitely be calling as well.
