Hi everyone 🙂

I have my K1 Visa Interview tomorrow in Frankfurt, Germany. When I filled in the DS-160 the plan was that I fly alone to the US and my parents will come a week later to the wedding. So then I said on the DS-160 Form that I´m gonna travel alone.

Now we decided that my Fiancé is coming to Germany again to pick me up and that my parents are flying with us on the same date. Does that mean my DS-160 is wrong and I have to change it or do I have to tell it on the Interview or is that a question that isn´t that important because I thought at that time I would fly alone?

Thank you!

Not an issue.  Doubt there will be any question .. certainly not a show stopper !! May be asked when you are travelling but you don’t need to have any specific plans for approval!!  Remember the DS160 is used for visa types other than fiance, so that question is more important for tourist visas

This doesn't pertain to K-1''s so you could have left it blank and it would not have affected anything to do with the interview or progress toward a visa. Good luck and safe travels.
