Well enough informed to have passed two AoS interviews, successfully driven an I129-F,  driven an SSN and a 5 real real ID for a K1, naturalized.

The ACA makes them free.  Really.  No one should be paying for the 'standard' vaccinations.  REALLY.  I mean you CAN if you find someone who wants to take your money, but they are free, 100% free.  All. day. long.

 

Now overseas those same vaccinations can cost money, and you are lied to about needing them.  There is no legal reason to have them for the K1 visa.
