I believe they select the reason/code from a list (in CLASS system?) and it spits out a letter. My guess is somebody hit the wrong thing...because that part of the INA probably isn't the real cause of the refusal.

Might want to contact the consulate to see if you can get confirmation.

Possible depending on that answer on the DS-260.  If she was expecting to perform a job that required a certificate but wasn't planning on obtaining that certificate.  Definitely not a normal denial for a spousal visa

On her Dd-260 application occupation is homemaker. What should I do?

After checking my application I noticed my lawyer applied for an ir1 visa but we have been married for less then 2 years. Should he have applied for the cr1..do you think that’s the problem.
