have to upload all documents to NVC at once

Hi , We are missing IRS transcripts , so we ordered by MAIL , it will take 5 to 10 days , we tried to get online but couldn’t get through it ,, so can we start AOS uploading & other supporting documents or we should wait till we get IRS transcripts ?? Thanks

Hi Violet,

You can definitely start uploading the documents you have.

Just remember that NVC will start looking at your case only when you have uploaded everything.

Can we also upload AOS first and irs transcripts later on ??
