have to upload all documents to NVC at once

Timeline

Hi , We are missing IRS transcripts , so we ordered by MAIL , it will take 5 to 10 days , we tried to get online but couldn’t get through it ,, so can we start AOS uploading & other supporting documents or we should wait till we get IRS transcripts ?? Thanks

Hi Violet,

You can definitely start uploading the documents you have.

Just remember that NVC will start looking at your case only when you have uploaded everything.

Dec10, 2019: Case sent to NVC D#225

Dec19, 2019: Case received @NVC D#234

Jan21, 2020: Case created @NVC D#267 Jan22, 2020: IV and AOS fees paid D#268 (It showed PAID on Jan28th, 2020)

Jan31, 2020: Case submitted on CEAC website D#277 (=9 months)

Apr3, 2020: RFE  (supermega silly mistake on our lawyer's behalf) D#340 (=11 months)

Apr6, 2020: DQ!!! 🤪 

EMBASSY IN PARIS

June 1, 2020: Expedite request by mail to NVC - Denied on June 10th (Paris Embassy visa services still suspended) (14 months)

June 16, 2020: Email from NVC: the interview is scheduled for July 22nd - Hourray! 🎉

July 22, 2020: Interview at Paris Embassy - Approved! 💃🕺

July 25, 2020: Passport received at home 🍾 (16 months)

IN THE USA

August 14, 2020: POE 🇺🇸

October 6, 2020: Social Security Number card received

October 19, 2020: Status changes to "card being produced" (almost 3 months after paying the fees) 

October 24, 2020: GREEN CARD RECEIVED  :goofy:  (18 months)

Can we also upload AOS first and irs transcripts later on ??

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*
