  1. I used check from chase bank for Department of homeland security. Tell them you want check for immigration for DHS . They know it. Also you can use money order payable to DHS if you want
  2. Prayers for you. It’s terrible people have to wait that long. I am not aware of your timeline and your past posts. Hope you hear good news anytime soon 🔜
  3. Waiting that long is ofcourse is not peace of mind. I’d say if someone is waiting for years ,taking legal advice from attorney would be best option at this moment.
  4. I am not your dude. Nothing is weird here. you like this platform that’s why you are here .No one is forced to be here. Thankfully everyone is here for free advice from hundreds of going through the situation you don’t have any idea of. And anyways you are mistaken I haven’t said that you will get green card in a month or so. My point to make this video was more clear about filing right paperwork which not a lot of people think about that before filing or have right information and ending up stuck with USCIS. Nothing is guaranteed how sooner you get approved but filing properly makes your chances more than vice versa.
  5. Thank you.No offense, wait a minute you are from less risk country and still waiting. Not fair. Well that happened. I don’t think it matters where you from once you are already in US and resident. High risk, scrutiny terms are used once you are in overseas.Your concern and frustration is legit but I disagree on high risk and scrutiny statement. Wait for your turn and be patient. More important is you are US resident and you have extension letter which gives you right to travel and work. With that being said best of luck to you 🤞

  7. Approval doesn’t give you right to naturalize right away. Criteria is 3 years for who still married to USC. And 5 years for divorced or any others
  8. Hope you get yours approved soon . Finger crossed 🤞. Best of luck

  10. Update. I had sent I-751 folder on October 28,2022. Fingerprints appointment was for November 28,2022, interview was waived off & case was approved on the same day.
