October of 2019 my husband had his biometric for the 10 card. We have not heard anything as of yet. I spoke with a attorney she said the state  that we are in usually move fast. We should have heard something by now. But he was arrest last year for assault.  But was not charge and I wrote a letter to immigration about the abuse. She said it could be that they are investigating. I dnt know if the finger prints came in as him being arrested. The is she said if we had a interview for the 2 year most time u dont need another one. But with me reporting the abuse and sending police records it maybe why the delay.

Removal of conditions is taking about 18 months and sometimes longer pretty much everywhere. I would have been very surprised if you had any movement on your case already. I did my biometrics in 2018. It is very very very early. Lawyer might be misinformed. Check out the other threads to get a sense. There's likely also one for the month you submitted.

You can check my timeline.  We had biometrics in September and haven't heard a word.  I get email estimated time updates every Sunday.  It's currently saying approval estimated for April 2020.
