New here! I 1-30 IOE receipt

So I see a lot of people saying they received an IOE receipt number. I'm still confused about everything. Where are those cases being sent to? How long have y'all waited for a notice saying your petition has been approved by USCIS?

The service center is on the printed NOA1

 

IOE means the it is been scanned or entered online.

Thanks for the info.It says Nebraska service center, so based on their timeline as of now it's taking them 12 to 16 months to process? Am I right?

Correct, but the timelines go up and down and cases get transferred around.

We had Nebraska it took 12 months for our petition to get approved.. it’s slowly getting longer... 

 

after uscis approves it, it will go to NVC for further processing and then onto your consulate.. so expect the whole process to take around 18 mths - 2 years

Not good news for me knowing it's going to take that long. It's not easy being away from your spouse. But thanks for the info.
