My wife will soon need to renew her passport here in the USA.  When she gets here new passport will she need a new CFO sticker and the US K1 Visa in it?  Do they move that from the old passport?  Thanks.

The K-1 visa is a single-use visa. Once she’s arrived it’s no longer valid. Her period of authorised stay is determined by the I-94. They won’t transfer a used visa to a new passport as the visa is no longer required.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

They will return the old passport after you renew in the off chance there's something in the old passport you need

If your timeline is correct, she already has her GC so even the I-94 is also irrelevant. Her K-1 days are just a distant memory.

Thanks guys for the replies. She does have her greencard now.  So my only question now is she won' t need the CFO sticker anymore to leave her country to come back to USA if we go visit there?

Nope as the green card is her free pass, but as already mentioned,  she will get her old passport back in the off chance she needs to reference or show something contained within

NO.    CFO is for exiting emigrates only .. which your wife isn't anymore, she is an LPR here is the U.S. of A  ;)       Al she needs to do when exiting the Phils & checking in with the airline is present her green card.

When renewing the passport they will want the old passport, but they return it again with the new passport later.
