I filed I 601 waiver. N its almost gonna be 8 months next week. So it got approved before that so its done within the processing time of uscis which i 6-8 months

We've been waiting 2 years...filed March 12th, 2018. RFE last March...June 13th received RFE...now nothing for over 250 days.

We filed 485 in August 2017 but we had our AOS interview in March 2019 and in July we were requested to file 601 waiver. It’s been a long journey. Hopefully we get approved soon
