You have 1 more month to wait. Base on their website i601 processing time is 6 to 8 month goodluck pls update when you get approved.

We filed 485 in August 2017 but we had our AOS interview in March 2019 and in July we were requested to file 601 waiver. It’s been a long journey. Hopefully we get approved soon

Hi I have a question...you completed the form I-601 or I-601A ??  Because there are 2 different forms. And I wanted to know if you sent them in Nebraska??

 I am in the same situation, I send my I-601 and they received my file on September 31, 2019 and I still have no answer, today is 8 months already, maybe I should wait another month !?

I completed the I601 and it was processed in Nebraska. If you believe that your application is outside the normal processing time, you should submit a case status request form. It was after I submitted one that my case was finally processed.

Can you tell me what the reason was for which you submitted the form I-601 ??   I applied for my fiancée she is currently in Europe and we are waiting for this waiver to obtain a K1 visa. I wanted to know if we had the same situation as you ? They received our application on Sept 30 -2019 and I still haven't received an answer....today 6/6/2020 is all ready 250 days :(...if you want you can answer me on Facebook  ( Lorin Lazarescu)

Yessssssss they approved my I-601  today after 253 days  :)  I sent on September 30th 2019 and today Jun 9-2020 I received approval message....
