For sure the plane will be a little late leaving NAIA, it's Asia's answer to O'Hare. 

 

I agree with your gripes, this should be a much quicker process when an American is petitioning a loved one.

No.....on my map Makiti looks like part of Manila but I'm not sure where/if borders exist.  My fiance lives 15-20 miles south.
