My fiance needed to do sputum test and her return date is near will st luke medical make her embassy appointment or will she have to make the appointment herself

You won't  be finished  with the sputum testing for a minimum of 8 weeks if its negative. You have to re schedule your own appt SLEC won't do it for you.

Thank you Her 8 weeks it up on 11/29/19 she was told to return this day for result thanks again

That is good news!   End of the wait time and no calls.

You will have to schedule the interview at the embassy just as Sarge stated.   Can do that online or calling.

Do you have CFO completed?

My wife will also undergo this sputum testing along with 7 other women in her medical group. Slec told her they cancelled the interview pending the testing but as as a precaution and advice here I will call them myself to cancel. Thanks Hank for the link to your website and the USA number to call. Visa journey advice is priceless in these times!

Praying for a negative result!

Dont know why status is Adminsttative processing whem consule said visa was approved

Just about everyone gets this (AP) after their interview.  Based on the discussions I had with the case officer he informed me of these steps:

the first AP is the immigration unit doing the paperwork for approving the visa

the first ready is a notice that they are finished and the paperwork is being sent for visa issuance

the second AP is the visa issuance people doing their own paperwork

the second ready is that the visa has been issued and is currently being processed for delivery

Then "issue" is posted and the visa has left the BIG house to YOUR house.

Once you get that second ready, it should be sent out within a few days, although we received our visa before any of the various websites that allow you to look up the status said that it had been sent out.
