Certified copy Nikah Nama (Pakistan) (split)

My father and mother lost their original manual or signed nikah nama we went to the union council and asked them to give us a new manual nikah nama but they give us a certified copy of my parents nikah nama

Would interviewer accept that copy at the time of interview?

I believe you have to have the original nikah certificate at the consulate/embassy

So, somebody who lost theirs is forever not able to get a US Visa.  Not likely.  A Certified Copy is generally what is needed.
