Hi, we submitted our paperwork on 5/29/19 for the green card and EAD/AP. Visa Journey says that we should have had our combo card by now, but USCIS case status date is April 10th. Should we reach out to see if there's a problem or wait another month and a half? If we should reach out, does anyone know the number to call?

Official processing times are 5.5 to 7.5 months. VJ is a prediction only based on the members here. 

Unless you filed before April 11th which is the date for being outside of normal processing times as of 30 seconds ago when I looked, you are ineligible to make a service enquiry.

Youll just have to wait until that date reaches May 29th.

You have to sit back and relax. I wouldn't put much store into the VJ immigration stats. There are quite a few folks that post here and want information, but can't or won't take the time to fill out their timelines. :protest:   It is from those timelines that VJ stats get their relevance. If people don't fill in their timelines, the number of data points is diminished.

 

Besides VJ and USCIS stats are basically estimates, and are certainly YMMV.
