HI there

My mom is trying to apply for a US Visa

She is a property manager- manages properties of an individual living in the US

Just wanted to ask what we would put on the "WORK ADDRESS" Portion on her application, I'm confused LOL

Coz her sponsor is also her employer (US Citizen)

Shall i put the address of the property or the address of her employer in the US?

Thanks!

If she has an office (i.e. a leasing office or something), that would be her work address. Otherwise, her home is her office.

Is she applying for a tourist visa?  There are no sponsors for tourist visas.

Would there be no conflict coz the person paying for her trip listed on her ds 160 is her employer – and at the address in the US of the person paying for trip portion, we put her employer’s US address

And then at the work address portion, we putting her employer’s address in Ph since it is the property being managed?

Thank you!

From what you’ve said, I think your mom might have a hard time trying to convince the interviewer officer that this a genuine tourist visit. Employers don’t generally pay for vacations (this doesn’t sound like a big corporation incentive trip). Has your mom visited the US before?
