Hello guys,

I sent the RFE reply 2 days back. Now we are waiting on USCIS. Do any one know how long USCIS take to confirm that they receive our mail (RFE packet response)...

The mail is at least 2 days plus they need to collect it, open it and such. I would give them a few days. If you sent it with a tracking number at least you will know when they are collected it.

We got to know that our mail has been delivered to the USCIS mail box. But we don't know when they collect and open

It was for a copy of my divorce decree- which I certainly had sent in with my petition. So that was annoying, but done with now!

And after case approval, we need to get Police Clearance Certificate for NVC stage right??

Hello,

It's been 10 days we have mailed our RFE packet. And till now there is no status change. The packet has been on their mail box in just 2 days, we know as we have tracked that. It means they receive the packet but they didn't update the status. Even my husband called them and they said that they received our packet and updated in their computer. So my question to you all is... Do USCIS update in their computer and not in the website??
