Administrative Processing

Hello everyone!!

I had my interview last month on 19th September and since then my status was showing as application received (Nonimmigrant) . After a month I got date updated on 17th October. And today my status got changed to Administrative Processing (Non-Immigrant ). What does it mean?

They are working on the file, prepping for issuance

Where did you checked this info from ? As it says everywhere that the ap time takes 45 to 60 working days. So inshallah will be done.

K-1 is initially processed at the Immigrant Visa Unit, once they have completed their process and all is good the case file is transferred to the non-immigrant visa unit (as the K-1 is actually a non-immigrant visa) for final processing   << this is always a good sign.

Aleena its depend on ur case type nd AP pricees is blak hole for pakistanis ill wait 20 month for my imigrant visa now thnx 2 Allah pak its Done ill fly as soon as tickets confirms ❤
