What happens if the petitioner doesn't have a job while removing conditions on a green card?

Hi, 

I've been just approved for a green card! But both my USC wife and I are planning to go back to school in the next year. It's highly likely that we both will be in school and won't have employment during the 90 day period to apply for removal of conditions. Will this cause a problem? Or should at least one of us keep an employment?

    11. RFE Response received by USCIS:  08/26/2019
    12. NOA date from USCIS for RFE receipt: 08/28/2019
    13. Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview: 09/05/2019
    14. Interview was scheduled: Email on 09/12/2019 
    15. EAD expedite requested: 09/24/2019
    16. Status change to Expedite Request Received: 09/26/2019 ( Made a request as I had to accept a job offer ASAP!)

  6. Received text for receipt#: 09/11/2021 (Dated 09/10/2021)

  8. Received letter about Biometrics waiver: 10/25/2021

There is no public charge determination at ROC. They don't care about your jobs or income but they will want to see co-mingled finances. How are you guys going to be supporting yourselves financially when in school? Joint account? Joint bills?
