Looking to see if there are options as to how I can get a I-551 appointment

Back story: I got my green card in the mail October 11,  2019.  Noticed that it has the wrong “resident since” date.  Looked online to see how I can correct it.  October 12,  2019, mailed form I-90 along with my green card to USCIS Arizona.  It got delivered on the P.O. Box on October 14.  I still don’t have a notice text or email.  My problem is I have an international travel on October 29.

I know I can’t make an appointment to get the I-551 stamp until I get those notification/case number.  Is there any other way for me to get an appointment without the notification ?  The only thing I have to show is a screen shot that my application has been sent to USCIS Arizona, a photocopy of my green card front and back that obviously shows that they made a mistake.

I would try that, make an appointment at the local office, bring your travel information and see if they can help.

By the way, what was the mistake?

See I tried calling the USCIS to make an appointment but obviously the woman I talked to won’t help me unless I have those notice regarding my I-90 application.

The mistake is in the date on the “resident since”.  They put 11/09/2018 when I got approved on October 7, 2019. And since it’s a conditional green card the card expiration date is 11/09/2020.

How did you know your approval date?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Would it be the one that’s on my notice date for I-797? If that’s not it then I’m mistaken, but 11/09/2018 is definitely wrong as my resident since date. 11/09/2018 is actually the date the USCIS received my I-485 packet.
