Hi,

I have been living in Canada for the last couple of years, now we have made a plan to start the application process with my wife. I recently came to the US (using Canadian passport). Can we apply for concurrent filling, instead of consular proceeding? We have been married for long time, with 3 kids....

- Feb 22 2020 - Mailed Application (I-130, I-845....) to Chicago

- April 22 2020 - NOA 1

- June 1 2020 - RFE for I-944

- June 24 2020 - Replied to RFE

- Oct 25 2020 - Fingerprint done

- Nov 9 2020 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

If you are in the US you can file for AOS.

Just make sure you include the I765 and I131 when you file as you will not be able to leave the country until you at least have Advanced Parole.  Here is the guide for adjusting.
