Absolutely. It's all part of working the process but unfortunately we are not at that stage yet. Just looking for a temporary solution in the meantime so I can spend a few months with a daughter I haven't met yet in person. My wife's case will eventually be resolved.

Thanks.

Probably a pending I-601A after I-130 approval; in that scenario wife will eventually do consular processing. IR-2 for the boys could be done irrespective of OP's wife process.

Definitely a possibility but the timeline does not add up as the I 601A would have been done by now, has been at least a year as the 2 younger ones are here. Wondered if she was 9C but that has no completion but would explain everything else.

Neither would help.

TPS?

It's a possibility; hard to guess if TPS since the youngest child's age wasn't mentioned. https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/temporary-protected-status/temporary-protected-status-designated-country-honduras "Continuous Residence in U.S. Since: Dec. 30, 1998" "Continuous Physical Presence in U.S. Since: Jan. 5, 1999"
