That is fairly broad “personal messages”, but as you said, negotiated item.

   It bothered me when the NCAA started doing it "because the NFL does". College players had no say in that, and it was actually part of the appeal of college football. I also thought since when does the NCAA do anything just because the NFL does? It was just more nonsense.
