So we filed our I-129F while ago and we still haven’t gotten our NOA1 letter! We noticed that our check hadn’t been cashed out so my fiancé called the USCIS office and they couldn’t tell anything or check if they got our application on the phone but said they would get back to us. Has this happen to anyone?? Im feeling desperate.

When was it sent/delivered?

One of these is probably true:

1.  It is lost in the mail (not likely)

2.  It is not yet logged into the system (most likely, imo)

3.  It was rejected, and it is being returned to you (possible)

We did mailed it by ourselves

Does the post office tracking number show that it was delivered?
