I see a future of a spousal visa case, with a long stay at the Nebraska Service Center for this individual

This OP filed K1 in March of ‘18 and by May was already wasting our time asking how to expedite AP for his honeymoon (long before that petition was approved)

Now he’s stunned because he got e-popped for wasting our time again.

If he believes he had a valid reason, wouldn’t he just try expediting his case instead of asking for valid reasons to expedite?

Yeah true.

Expediting is for someone who really have a reason ans proof.
