Can the visa be issued the same day of pick up ?

Hey everyone my question is like the title can my visa be issued the same day of pick up . I had my interview at the us embassy in Tunisia on September 26 and I get approved the consulate give me a pink slip and told me to come back on Wednesday to pick up my passport which is tomorrow and my case still show AP in the website.  Can my Visa be issued the same day of my passport pick up or should I get worried about it . 

Ps: they didn't call me or email me to not come to the embassy.

If you are a male then 3 days of AP for Tunisia would seem extremely quick. Its highly likely that they are returning your passport because they expect the administrative processing not to complete in the near future. The fact that CEAC still shows as Administrative Processing would support this. If you would be told to pick up the passport tomorrow with a visa in it, it would say Issued

No I'm a female and I was approved at the interview they didn't tell to bring any other documents

Thats in your favor then.  No one here will be able to tell you for sure. At least you'll have your answer tomorrow : )
