What are your questions?????  The medical now is only in Kingston, and they will schedule an appointment only based upon your interview date.  Usually no more than 10 days before your interview.  You need 4 passport pictures, your passport, the medical form completed, and a copy of your interview confirmation letter.  

 

There is a physical exam, vision test, blood and urine test, chest x-ray, immunizations (if needed), drug screen (if needed)  the cost is always bring 30,000.00 JMD  

 

Be prepared to be there ALLLLLL DAYYYYYYY!!!
