Hi, so we are hoping to send my dad’s petition next week to USCIS. Just one more question that popped up. My mom is LPR, she is petitioning for my dad and derivative is my sister who is currently 17 y/o. Question is, should we, or do we need to include any paperwork of my sister such as passport or any specific? Hope to hear from you soon!

Just fill in the appropriate information on the petition form.   No additional evidence to attach

YMMV

Not needed.    Follow the instructions for the I-130 as to what is required.

Yes we’re going to. Do we need passport pictures of my mom?

When you read and follow the instructions on the form, you will have the answer to

this question and many others. Read the instructions sheet then come back with any unanswered questions. The vj site is first a “self help” then a “ help others “ site  😁

Yes for passport photos of your mom (petitioner).                   No for your dad, if your dad is not in the USA.

Read through the instructions, slowly, don't skim ..

From page 6 of the instructions:

(3) You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States) taken within 30 days of filing this petition. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.
