3 years of Tax transcript is needed for adjustment of status, my hubby only have  2018. he was not living in US for complete two years due to his previous marriage issues that end to divorce. He came back late 2017. How do we go about this, he didnt work throughout the two year in our home country.

He can not give them what does not exist. He would have to give what he has and perhaps write an affidavit stating no income during those years

*Three years Transcripts/tax forms are not required. Only the most recent year's Transcript/tax forms IS however you will need to provide the amounts of income reported for all three years. 

If he was not required to file due to not meeting the income threshold to file, then he will need to write a statement saying so and explain why.
