Hi it took months for my husbands cousin (who is doing the k1 currently ) case to be sent to Haiti. He was never notified he had just kept calling daily. Have you created an account on ustraveldoc website yet?

I called Haiti they said they have no control over my case until NVC sent it to them. They can’t tell me anything cause they don’t have it. I know it’s an holiday in Haiti but NVC never send it to them🤷🏻‍♀️

I think you may need the case# from NVC- if you have it then go ahead and create the account.

Your fiancé in Haiti should create the account. You could of course create it with his email and both of you have access to it.

Yes I tried both and nothing I think there’s some issues with the system Idk

Yea it been like that for the last 3 weeks for some reason it won’t let me create the account. I told my girl to try to do it if she ever get access to a computer.
