Yes, you should have any official documents such as birth certificates, divorce decrees, etc. translated.  As to police statement, you may not need to have that translated, but in my opinion, you should just in case.

For Moscow, Russian is fine. For any documents you'll need for USCIS (whether for your petition, adjusting your fiance(e)'s status once you're married and in the US, removing conditions from your fiance(e)'s green card, or for your fiance(e)'s naturalization), they'll need to be translated.
