How much is the fee for the visa application?

My wife is bringing the documents stipulated in Packet 3 to the u.s. consulate on Tuesday. I understand she needs to pay them a visa application fee. How much, either in dollars or Thai baht?

The fee for the visa is $340 USD or Baht is 10,394.  You can always pay that fee at any Krungsri locations. You can access your Thailand Embassy site to get all your information helpful in your visa process. https://www.ustraveldocs.com/th/index.html?firstTime=No

So, for a CR-1, the fee is $325 or 10,000 baht and she can pay that at the embassy,correct?

She can pay in baht. That amount is fixed, typically monthly,  I don't see the rate on the Consulate website.   So take a few extra baht.
