Did your husband wish to have us citizenship. If yes, I want you to get more info about the requirements. I have a friend who told me if someone want to have us Citizenship the person can't travel outside the us at lest 3 years while holding the green card.

A short trip is not an issue: https://www.uscis.gov/us-citizenship/citizenship-through-naturalization/continuous-residence-and-physical-presence-requirements-naturalization

That wasn’t true I travel 3times a year and still got approved for my citizenship. If you  stay for a long time  that maybe an issue. I came from vacation a week later send my application no questions asked. I sent copies of my passport page with immigration stamps to prove
