Hello, the Consulate of Ciudad Juarez sent a letter informing our case number and a series of instructions to obtain the visa k1 interview. The problem is that for now my boyfriend and I do not have money for the payment of the Visa until the end of  August my question is there is a deadline to fill out the DS-160 form and be able to schedule an appointment for the visa k1?

Your NOA2 has an expiration date of four months but your embassy can extend it to one year. So your interview must be completed sometime within that period. You can complete the DS-160 if you have your case number from NVC at anytime. There is no fee for this form.

English please when you are not in your country's sub-forum. "Thank you, my case number arrived on July 9, we go for 1 month and we haven't scheduled an interview date yet, this worries me!"

It's normal for some embassy to be out almost 6 months on interview dates. Yours is not bad. Keep checking for cancellations and new openings.

Siga buscando cancelaciones y nuevas aperturas.

Thank you 😊
